📌 1. Vendor Identity Verification

A. Aadhaar Card (Vendor/Owner)

• Must be clear, colour, and unmasked.
• Upload front & back.
• Make sure full name and DOB are visible.
• Avoid glare or cropping.

B. PAN Card (Vendor/Owner)

• Must match the name registered in the METUL vendor account.
• Ensure it is the original PAN, not e-PAN screenshot unless accepted.
• Numbers and signature must be visible.

📌 2. Business Verification (if applicable)

A. GST Certificate (if registered)

• Upload the full certificate with:
  • Legal name
  • Trade name
  • Address
  • GSTIN
  • Constitution of business

B. Shop & Establishment Licence / Trade Licence

• Should show business name and address.
• Must be valid and current.

C. Partnership Deed or Company Registration Documents

• Required if you’re registering as a company, partnership, or LLP.
• Include:
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum/Articles (if applicable)
  • Partnership deed (if partnership firm)

📌 3. Bank Verification

A. Cancelled Cheque / Passbook / Bank Statement

• Must show:
  • Account holder name
  • Account number
  • IFSC code
• Must match the name of the vendor/owner.

🔹 Do NOT upload blurry, folded, edited, or screenshot images.
🔹 Ensure the cheque is not signed.

📌 4. Vehicle Verification (For Fleet Vendors)

A. Registration Certificate (RC)

• Must be the commercial vehicle RC (yellow plate or permitted).
• Must show:
  • Vehicle number
  • Owner name
  • Fuel type
  • Registration date
• Front & back required.

B. Vehicle Insurance

• Must be active and valid.
• Entire policy document must be uploaded.
• Must show:
  • Policy number
  • Validity
  • Vehicle number
  • Owner name

C. Permit

• City/State Permit / All-India Permit (depending on vehicle type).
• Ensure stamp & signature are clearly visible.

D. Fitness Certificate

• Required for commercial vehicles.
• Must show validity dates.

E. PUC Certificate

• Must be valid on date of upload.

📌 5. Driver Verification (For Vendors Adding Drivers)

A. Driving Licence

• Must be valid and clear.
• Front & back.
• Should show Transport endorsement if required.

B. Aadhaar & PAN (Driver)

• Same rules as vendor documents.

C. Driver Badge / PSV Badge

• Required in many Indian cities.
• Must be valid and issued by RTO.

D. Driver Photo

• Clear, front view, no sunglasses, white/plain background.

📌 6. Uploading Instructions (Important)

✔ Upload original scanned copies or high-quality photos
✔ Ensure all edges of the document are visible
✔ Make sure names, dates, numbers are readable
✔ Avoid:

• Screenshots
• Edited photos
• Cropped images
• Glare or shadows

✔ Keep file size within METUL’s platform limits (usually JPG/PNG/PDF).
