Location data is never sold or used beyond core app functionality. Disabling location access may affect app performance.
4. Contact List Permission Policy
Metul may ask for contact list access (optional) solely for the SOS feature, enabling:
- Adding emergency contacts for quick alerts
- One-tap calling in case of danger or urgent issues during taxi rides or deliveries
We do not store, share, or use your contacts for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited user data only when necessary:
